Minimum Stay
From June – September 7 days minimum stay.

Deposits
Credit card guarantee or a deposit is required to secure your reservation, usually
equivalent to 50% of the total amount for bookings more than 45 days prior to arrival
and 100% of the total amount for bookings less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
20 Days or less notice from date of arrival = 50% of booking is retained as a cancellation fee.
21 Days or more notice from date of arrival = Full amount of Accommodation is forfeited.
